Countries like Bangladesh that have contributed a tiny fraction of the planet’s carbon emissions are suffering the consequences of climate change, including rising temperatures and sea levels. Mass migration and global strife is on the horizon as these trends continue. Are we anywhere near prepared for these effects? At least we are finally talking about them...
